Prayers for this week

1. As I had told last week, May Peace prevail in SriLanka and most importantly, the innocent children and ladies of the country be protected from the crushing hands of the mindless and heartless people - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

2. Mumbai is reeling under rain and with more rains predicted, the fear of last year's Tsunami from Sky returns to haunt them. Such things should not happen and ppl of Mumbai and other parts of our nation be safe and protected from natural disasters, Fatal accidents etc., - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

3. Our appa, amma, anna, thambi, thangai, akka, friends and relatives all should be safe, healthy and happy - VAAZHGA VALAMUDAN

CAN I... ?

Hi, As i told in my earlier post, the Kirukkals start from today :). Special thanks to Ramya for helping me with the hindi words used in this story...... and lil devil for reviewing and suggesting some changes. :) Frank comments sollungappa......... sariya? UPDATE : Lil devil was telling, the formatting got screwed up especially when viewing in Internet Explorer. Even I thought the same, So some template change.... The Story goes below............ CAN I.... ? It was 9'0 in the night. Dark clouds covered the moon giving an appearance of a Vanilla flavored icecream filled with chocolate sauce. There was a slight drizzle and the weather was chill. The M5 route bus was travelling along the ups and downs of Old Mahabalipuram Road dearly called as OMR (it shud have been called OMG [ Oh My God !!]rather, given its current condition and the scare it gives to the motorists). Vaazhga Valamudan !!!

P.S : This is a serious post :) For the past 1 week, you would have observed there is a rise in the number of tragic events happening, so many deaths, accidents, bomb blasts etc., So many ppl are suffering around us, around the world... What could we do..... that is the question I guess everyone of us would be having in their mind..... Yep... unless something is affecting me, what could I do? or even if I do something, how would it matter... Konjam think panni paartha egapatta questions varum :) But athukkaga onume pannama iruntha the guilt feeling will bcome a guillotine feeling as more and more ppl around us suffer.... To enjoy our life therefore it is a necessity that ppl around us also are happy, or atleast free from troublesome worries So I am planning to start a new intiative "Vaazhga Valamudan" initiative. This is like a prayer club... I request, those who are passing by my blog, pause for a moment and utter or atleast think "Vaazhga valamudan" for the people...
