Thread of Love

Raksha bandhan – the cultural festival that glorifies sibling relationship and symbolizes the cultural harmony of our nation. It is my personal favorite, more than the imported days ala Friendship day, Valentine’s Day that we are now lapping up. Ironic, it should be, considering the fact that, being born on Valentine's Day I like the Raksha bandhan day more :D. Anyway I wanted to pen down (or rather type down??) my views on it in a beautiful, poetic way... I worked on it, but somehow my mind got stuck and what came out of it were only some clichéd lines, very much unlike of the feelings I wanted to express.. I gave up then, pacifying myself that it is not always necessary to decorate our feelings with beautiful words. If your feelings are genuine enough, we need not mind about our diction or grammar, we need not even make it good enough to appeal to people around... We don’t need to, really !... :) Every Guy might have his own perceptions about what is that, that makes him manly.....

Thirupaachi - Soft Copy

Part - I Part - II (posted on 27/09/2005) Part - III (posted on 29/09/2005) PART - I Vijay - our hero is a programmer in a very small local Software company in Chennai. Even though he is in a small software company and his educational qualification is not much., , he is a very popular figure there. Daily, only after vijay comes and switches on the UPS the office starts functioning (no..no..no... vijay is not a watchman in that company.....it is just sentiment... if he starts UPS, that day the software runs without bug thatz all ) Being a mass hero, there should be an Intro song for Vijay. Saraswati puja. Whole office waits for our hero to come and start the UPS to start working on a new project. Our hero enters with a bang and with a song too "which platform u work, which platform i work, platforms doesnt matter, Which language u code, which language i code, languages doesnt matter, Are we from same College ? [chorus] No, No, No Are we using same OS [chorus] No, No, No You are ...

Azhagana Chinna Devathai…..

P.S : Another story, this time a new one :D, but sans any P.J or twist or komeedy... There is no turn, just an attempt to keyboard down (i mean "pen down" :D) a simple "Brother-Sister" love story. P.S -2 : Thanks to Ramya , as the opening para was written by her... I wish I could write the entire story short, elegant in her and few other bloggers' style, but writing a crispier story is definitely not my cup of lime juice (Sorry I dont like Tea :D).. This is an story written entirely in English with a Tamil title..not that I planned like that, but I couldnt get an apt title than that... That song from Samuthram is my favorite :) AZHAGANA CHINNA DEVATHAI Anand stood in front of the mirror in the wash room, scratching his jaw line lazily… Popping his knuckles, he examined his face carefully in the mirror. Leaning closer, he grabbed his chin and looked more closely at the stubble that was starting to appear on his cheeks...He was a proud man today. It was his D...
